Payment options:
- Payment via BANK TRANSFER. After submitting your completed registration form, within the next couple of days you will receive a confirmation email with attached invoice and instructions for payment. After that you may proceed with the payment.
- Payment by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. Payment for Registration fees is made through a virtual Point of Sale (POS) - terminal - with debit or credit cards issued to the User, bearing the trademarks of VISA INTERNATIONAL, MASTERCARD WORLDWIDE, BORICA AD and others, except those issued in the following countries: USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Belize, Bahrain, Colombia, Trinidad and Tobago, Kuwait, India and Nigeria. If you choose to pay by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, follow these steps:

1. Complete your personal details in the Registration Form on the next page and press the SUBMIT button. 2. After you are redirected to the IEES-BAS e-store page, click on the “Log in” button in the top right corner of the page. In the login box choose “New registration”. 3. Complete your E-mail, your Name and Last name, and press the “Save” button. You will receive your username and password by automatic email. If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Junk/Spam folder. 4. Once you complete the “Login” in your profile you will be prompted to read and agree with the IEES-BAS Personal data protection policy (GDPR). To proceed scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on the “I agree“ button and then “Save” your acceptance on the next box. 5. Click on “Products and services”, carefully view all ticket options offered to LABAT’2021 participants and select your appropriate LABAT’2021 ticket(s) by clicking “Add to basket”. 6. Click on the shopping basket icon located in the top right corner of the page to review your purchase order and click “Checkout”. 7. To request an invoice you must check the “I want to get an invoice“ box and complete the required billing information. If “Company No.” is not applicable or not accepted by the system you may fill 999999999. To proceed with payment, click the “To Step 2/2” button. 8. Check the “Bank card” payment option and the “I agree with the General Policy” box on the “Step 2/2” screen before “Checkout”. NOTE: If you want to pay for more than one ticket, you must provide the Names and emails of all participants you are registering in the “Additional Information” field. 9. Proceed with the card payment in the secure environment. 10. Your invoice will be available for download in your IEES-BAS profile within a couple of days after payment processing. |
