You can use this form to register one or more than one participants from the same company/organization by sending one e-mail and by one bank transfer.

To register for the LABAT'2021, please download the MS Word Registration form, complete it and send it to LABAT'2021 Conference Secretariat. Once we have received your completed registration form we will email you within the next couple of days a confirmation with attached VAT invoice and instructions for payment. After that you may proceed with the payment.
