FAQ

Should you wish to register more than one delegates from the same organization at a
time and pay the total amount in a single payment, you have the opportunity to do so in one
of the following ways:

•  Email the completed registration form (downloadable from Section “Registration” in

MSWord format) and pay later the total amount by bank transfer (upon receipt of
confirmation from the organizers with VAT invoice attached)

•  Register yourself by immediate bank card payment and select the appropriate

number and type of tickets for you and your colleague(s) from IEES-BAS Store.
NOTE: Be careful to add in your colleague’s Name(s), Surname(s) and Email(s) in
the box “Additional information” in Step 2/2.
If you are completing the registration on behalf of another individual(s) you are warranting
that you have made the Participant(s) aware of LABAT’2021 Conference Term and
Conditions and that they have accepted these terms.

Yes, if we have not already sold out. 

No. You must register for the entire event as it is a virtual event and we cannot monitor access on individual days.

Yes! Sessions will be recorded and available for attendees to watch them again on-demand on the virtual event platform. 

LABAT'2021 Organizer has contracted with TheVirtual.Show Platform to bring this conference to you. You will not need to download any plug-ins in order to access the platform. 

Live sessions: 

Live sessions are scheduled once between June 8–11 and presented live. 

Presenters are in attendance for the session and interact with participants.

Live sessions may include pre-recorded segments, in particular to help accommodate international presenters in different time zones.

Live sessions will be recorded for on-demand viewing after the conference.

On-demand sessions:

Pre-recorded presentations are available throughout the conference for asynchronous viewing at any time. They do not actually have a scheduled presentation time.

On-demand session recordings will continue to be available for viewing 30 days after the conference.

No, you do not need a webcam or microphone to participate in the event.

However, in order to get most of the Exhibition and Networking functionalities of the TVS platform and have 1:1 video chats it is recommended to have a webcam or microphone. If you do not to have a webcam or microphone you can choose to chat via text instead.

To visit booths of our sponsors, exhibitors and media partners and to chat to representatives there you have to get to the virtual exhibition hall. To do so click eighter the ‘Expo Hall’ button in the Lobby screen or ‘Trade Expo’ button in the navigation bar on top of your screen that will take you directly to the virtual exhibition hall.

The exhibit hall will allow you to watch promo videos, see and/or send to your swag bag files provided as resources by the booth owner and interact 1:1 with the representative(s) of the exhibiting company. 
 

If you have registered to attend LABAT'2021 you will receive personal login details via email a few days prior to the Conference days. Once you click on Activate, you will immediately be taken to the login page and will be required to complete the onboarding process. Upon completion you will be able to sign in to the virtual venue.
