CONFERENCE FEES

The Registration Fee for LABAT’2020 covers:

Access to all technical conference sessions (oral and poster).
Entry to the exhibition area.
Delegate pack with conference materials, printed & electronic copies of the Extended Abstracts Volume, Conference Program.
Morning and afternoon coffee/refreshment breaks and lunch on all four conference days.
Get-Together Cocktail Party.
Gala Banquet.
Digital copies of all conference presentations to be provided after the event.

Conference fee discounts:
for speakers and poster presenters (holds only for the actual presenter, but not for all co-authors)	20% off the applicable conference fee
for 3 or more delegates from the same company/organization (students, accompanying persons not included)	10% off the applicable conference fee
The Student's fees apply only for undergraduate or PhD students in fulltime education in academic institutions. *The Accompanying Person’s fees are applicable for persons accompanying full delegates and cover lunches, get-together cocktail party and Gala Banquet, but no conference materials nor access to the conference sessions or the exhibition.
IMPORTANT NOTES: One delegate may qualify for one discount only. Discounts do not apply for Student’s and Accompanying Person’s Fees. 20% local VAT will be added to all registration fees

PAYMENT of LABAT’2020 Conference Fees

All conference fees, net of all bank charges, shall be paid in EUR in advance:

a) by bank transfer to:

Note:The name(s) of the delegate(s) must be clearly indicated as a reference on the bank transfer.

A copy of the bank transfer/cheque must accompany the Registration Form and must be received at the Secretariat before:

15 March, 2020 for reduced early bird fees
15 May, 2020 for regular fees

No advance payment by credit card is possible.

As an exception, payment on arrival would also be possible by credit cards (Visa, Master Card) or in cash at the conference Registration Desk. No early bird discounts are applicable for payment on arrival. A bank commission will be charged on payment by credit cards.

CANCELLATIONS

Registrations cancelled in writing before May 15, 2020 will be refunded less an administrative fee of 10%. No refunds can be made for cancellations requested after this date.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Delegate substitutions may be made at any time but the Conference Secretariat must be informed in advance.
