REGISTRATION AND payment INFORMATION
The regular LABAT’2017 Registration Fees include:
Access to all conference scientific sessions (oral and poster)
Entry to the exhibition area
Delegate pack with printed & electronic copies of the Extended Abstracts Volume, Program and conference materials
Morning and afternoon coffee/refreshment breaks and lunch on all four conference days
Get-Together Cocktail Party
Digital copies of all conference presentations to be provided after the conference
LABAT’2017 Registration Fees (in EUR) and discounts are as follows:
APPLICABLE CONFERENCE FEES:

Conference fee discounts***:
- for oral presenters
20% off the applicable
- for 3 or more delegates from the same company/organization (students, accompanying persons not included) registered at once
10% off the applicable
For exhibition stand (+ 1 full delegate)
* The Student's fees apply only for undergraduate or PhD students in fulltime education (i.e. University students).
** The Accompanying Person’s fees are applicable for persons accompanying delegates and covers lunches, get-together cocktail party as well as Gala Banquet but not access to the conference sessions or the exhibition.
***Note: One delegate may qualify for only one discount. Discounts do not apply for Student’s and Accompanying Person’s Fees.
PAYMENT of LABAT-2017 Conference Fees
All conference fees shall be paid in EURO in advance:
a) by bank transfer (net of all bank charges) to:

Note: It is mandatory to quote the delegate(s) full name(s) as a reference/description in the bank transfer form.
b) by cheque, payable to Institute of Electrochemistry and Energy Systems, (for LABAT’2017)
Note: The name(s) of the delegate(s) must be clearly indicated on the cheque.
A copy of the bank transfer/cheque must accompany the Registration Form and must be received at the Secretariat before:
15 March 2017, for reduced fees
15 May, 2017, for regular fees
No advance payment by credit card is possible.
As an exception, payment on arrival would also be possible by credit cards (Visa, Master Card/Euro Card, AMEX) or in cash at the conference Registration Desk in HOTEL INTERNATIONAL, Golden Sands, Bulgaria. A 5% commission will be charged on payment by credit cards.
Registrations cancelled in writing before May 15, 2017 will be refunded less an administrative fee of 10%. No refunds can be made for cancellations requested after this date.
Delegate substitutions may be made at any time but the Conference Secretariat must be informed in advance.
